Move of the Week — Cardio Ball

Time to rev your heart rate and burn some extra calories this week!  Grab a stability ball (if you want you can use 1 heavy weight or a medicine ball for more intensity) and complete this fun and simple series of moves.  You will not only feel your heart rate elevate, but your shoulders and lower body will be working overtime as well!  It’s a must do!
