Move of the Week — Part 2 Plyometric Power

I went into my basement where my husband was working out in our gym and I asked him if he’d like to take his workout to the next level.  I gave him this plyometric series and he was out of breath.  I convinced him to demonstrate in the Move of the Week Video too!  It’s a great sequence of exercises that will challenge your core, lower body, and elevate your heart rate to burn calories and take your workout up a notch!
