Move of the Week — Push Up Core

One of my simplest Moves for you to catalog in your list of “Go-To” exercises to tone and sculpt multiple muscle groups.  Using the “Push – Up” as the Total Body Exercise, you will  target core, chest, triceps, back, hamstrings and glutes with this Move of the Week.  You can repeat it as many times a you can and you can slide it in between cardio exercises as a great toning opportunity!!
